Conferences are a great way to learn and connect, and there are lots of conferences covering churn nowadays! Churn is covered mainly at conferences that are either about:
- Data science and data engineering
- Subscription business strategies including customer success
Its really amazing how many conferences have been organized on both of these themes in the last few years.
Of course, in 2020 times have changed due to the threat of the coronavirus. Some events where I was going to speak were moved, and others have gone virtual. Here are my expected engagements for 2020:

Dialogkonfransen on August 25th in Sweden – The biggest CRM, CX and digital marketing Conference in the Nordics. Powered by Netlife Dialog.
Scandinavian Subscription Summit on November 5th in Copenhagen – See Scandinavian subscription heroes as well as international subscription mavericks on stage – they all have one thing in common: they believe in subscription, too.
